Lead Time indicates the total business days it typically takes for you to receive your product. Lead Time begins once we have received your order. Lead Time

Manufacturing Time is an estimate of the amount of time it takes us to finish your order and prepare it for shipping. Manufacturing Time does not include
shipping. Larger orders may take longer, but you will be advised when you place your order when you can expect it to be complete and when it will be ready to
ship to you.

Depending on your needs, we can ship your order to you in a variety of ways. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business day, but we have expedited shipping options and can also rush your order through production. Ask your customer service representative for the best approach to get your order to you on or before your deadline.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include all the order information. Please retain this confirmation email for your
records.

available. We cannot cancel orders once the order has gone into production.
